Lucas Freire's latest work is one for the books!
'Feed your Need', is more than a release. Its actually Freire's case study on a brand new approach in modern techno, clearly matching VOLTAGE's motto 'Techno, redefined'.This is an outstanding EP consisted of two original compositions and one remix by M.I.T.A.
The Brazilian maestro's debut on VOLTAGE is powerful and dominant.
First track of the release, 'Feed your need', is manifested upon pure inspiration and with advanced engineering in mind. This is a track where sneaky drones and punchy bassline meet perfectly blended with a killer groove and fresh rhythmical elements, all mixed along to forge a track destined to stir foundations and question their structural rigidity.
'Close your Eyes' is built upon musical questions and answers.
Like a relentless time travel, the leading seq starts on scattered 16th values questioning and answering their own rhythmical architecture, concluding to an epic buildup where mid-bass elements join the mayhem and add their own perspective to the conversing drones, to end-up in a huge drop!
M.I.T.A.'s remix on 'Feed your need' is a bare boned version of the original, fully reinforced with the Italian's personal signature, adding groovier elements but preserving the original scent and at the same time, transferring the track to a whole new level!

VOLTAGE is proud to present you its first VA, 'The Armory'.
This is a distillate of 16 amazing tracks, selected from a large number of submissions to the label.
This is not only a selection of music, but also a combination of different artists that serve the genre.
Artists varying from Colombia to Italy and from France to Spain this is a mosaic of cultures with a common denominator: The passion for real, unadulterated techno, and we are here to honour it.
During the selection period, we were overwhelmed with music and since, we listen to each and every one of the demos we receive, we had a pretty rough time compiling this VA.
But this is VOLTAGE, this is the sound we love and, by releasing all these promising artists we also make our point of how the future of our label will be like.
The Armory, is only the beginning for Voltage. And we hope you support this release because it contains some of the best music from rising and upcoming artists from our scene that need the support from those who are already acclaimed.

His debuting EP 'Bills' is a two-track original plus one remix release that underlines the extraordinary talent of the Legazpia based producer.
Musical and melodic, yet amazingly powerful and rhythmical, this is a release destined to make a significant difference!
Lander B invades Voltage with a real electrifying blast, consisted of complex vintage sounding synths and melody lines, analog sounding kicks and deep atmosphere!
Elevate artist David Bau remixed Wishe and transformed it to even more dramatic, electric adding massive intensity thus creating a blasting tune, underlined by heavy kicks and deep basses, making this release even more powerful!

After releasing on ELEVATE and Reload Black, David Bau's latest outing on VOLTAGE, is a huge bomb EP consisted of 3 amazing techno tracks designed to bring mayhem to the floor.
Mexican rising star David Bau debuts in Voltage with a huge and punchy EP.
With his hype on a steady and constant growth David Bau returns to the techno world with 3 super big original tunes, that underline what the genre is all about.
Unorthodox seqs, clever drones, deep kicks and crystal clear percussions, Unkeybordinated, the first track of the EP signifies that David has accepted VOLTAGE's challenge to push himself even further and deep-dive into the darker core of our Label's style.
Phenomabomb, the second track of this release, is by far darker and more intense, characterised by a deep and punchy bassline and groovy percs leading to an wide and melodic drop, giving an analog feel to his arrangement.
Pitfall is chaotic, wide, deep, almost experimental! It is a typical 6 A.M. track that sounds quite a lot like a studio jam that found its way towards final arrangement.
Underlined by his characteristic electrifying sound, 'Unkeybordinated' EP is consisted of three real bombs, typical of the Voltage fundamental sound.

Men of the hour, Durtysoxxx and Dino Maggiorana releasing “Artifacts” single on VOLTAGE, packed with two amazing remixes from Agent Orange and Barbuto.
Funk'n Deep label boss Durtysoxxx ( Phobiq / Analytictrail / Transmit / Toolroom / Respekt / IAMT/ Unity) joins forces with hot Italian artist Dino Maggiorana (Toolroom / 1605 / Funk’n Deep) to provide VOLTAGE with an amazing original. “Artifacts" represents exactly what VOLTAGE is all about: A pure main room techno track with incredible vibe that will give goosebumps to the listener.
Dark, bass heavy and filled with clever drone and seq evolutions, yet simple and intense, Artifacts is a pure “main act” track, made to destroy the floor.
Agent Orange (Toolroom / 1605 / Deeperfect / Bitten / Terminal M) is debuting on Voltage with a remix on Durtysoxxx & Dino Maggiorana’s track, that takes the original on a whole new level. His version is less heavy on tempo and more focused on melodic elements, making it more uplifting.
Australian producer Barbuto (Octopus / Transmit / Funk n' Deep / Phobiq / Natura Viva) also debuting on VOLTAGE with an amazing atmospheric but super vibrant version of the original, characterised by powerful drops and intense percussions.
