Yan Oxygen returns to VOLTAGE Records with a 2-tracker that's flooded with diversity.
'Photon' is dark and intense. Based on haunting narrating vocals, huge bass pads and seqs with a pinch of acid, this track is created to create an effect on demanding crowds.
'About...' describes a musical journey. Pads, sidechains, drones and razor-sharp bass leads combine, creating an atmosphere between melodic and dark techno, thus compiling a truly unique original.
This is Yan Oxygen's second solo EP on VOLTAGE.

For our birthday, we chose the Italian born and raised Sisko Electrofanatik & Klaark and their 'Hyperion' single. This is a dark and melodic track produced with a festival scent on it. Built around a gigantic acid bassline and a distinctive percussive signature, it is an original worth trying in big stages or where the crowds can be difficult to move/
Massive, dark and melodic, groovy, yet sturdy and strict, it resembles VOLTAGE's music sound signature in the best possible way.
Steve Mulder's remix is a blast! Speedy, intense and with various elements of the classic techno tracks of the 90's. The Dutch producer is definitely giving his own approach to the original, creating a 5AM track impossible for the floor to resist!
Yan Oxygen's remix is darker, crisper and boosted with organic sound elements as well as clever pads and drones creating a more 'improv' result ideal for peak time! the Ukrainian producer really outdid himself on this one!

Man of the moment Ukrainian rising star Yan Oxygen is next up on Voltage Records with an amazing two tracker EP which comes backed with a huge remix from German techno duo GNTN.
Yan has made quite an impression after his releases on Sasha Carassi's Phobiq, Spek- tre's Respekt, Durtysoxx'sFunk'nDeep and so he does so again his brand new 'Rovana' EP on VOLTAGE. With the 'Rovana' EP Yan Oxygen makes a statement in modern techno, mixing and combining intense grooves with dark and melodic elements, creating an addictive re- sult, promising to leave a mark even within the most demanding DJ set!
First track, 'Rovana' is a powerful, almost mesmerising track with a renaissance style organ lead throughout the track's core. Underlined by a rhythmical and solid drum syn- thesis, it's the kind of pure underground techno track you would expect from aproduc- er of this level.
'Black road', the second track of this EP, is in one word: unrelenting. Combining sharp percussions and wide synths, this is a pure after hours track, built to hypnotise the crowd. Its drops are epic, combining gating pads, low pitched vocals, deep and pow- erful kick, and an amazing bass line. ’Black Road' is a track that will definitely make an impression.
German techno duo GNTN (Respekt Recordings / Selected Records / Familia) debut on VOLTAGE, with an amazing remix on Yan Oxygen's 'Black Road'. Their version is darker, more minimal, but packed with a pounding, driving take on the original, filled with sweeping synths and an earth shaking bass line!
